LEGAL / CLAVE MARKETING SAS
Terms and Conditions
Version 2026-11-01.5 · Effective November 1, 2026
1. Operator and scope
Clave Marketing SAS operates the Clave Marketing Digital website in Colombia. Contact: juanstorres@clavemarketingdigital.com; +57 321 991 9254. Its tax identification number and physical address for notices remain pending completion. No unverified registration or authorization is certified by this description.
These terms cover browsing and inquiries on clavemd.com and its language versions. Privacy and Cookie Policies are available separately.
2. An inquiry is not a purchase
A form, a conversation, a budget selection or a Test Clave result requests guidance or a proposal. It does not purchase services, accept a commercial offer, reserve an appointment or create a payment obligation.
Strategy, creative production, digital development and business intelligence services require a subsequent proposal or agreement specifying scope, deliverables, revisions, fees, applicable taxes, payment, timing, licensing, ownership and termination. Budget ranges are indicative; advertising and third-party expenses require express agreement.
3. Information and results
We aim to provide clear, current information. Portfolio results relate to specific contexts and do not guarantee similar outcomes. Search positions, revenue, returns and growth are not guaranteed.
Test Clave is an indicative self-assessment based on five answers. It is not an audit, certification, medical assessment or an automated decision affecting rights or eligibility. Our team can review it with you.
4. Appropriate use
Use your own contact details or act with authority for an organization. Do not impersonate others, send spam, access systems or data without permission, or disrupt the service.
The website is intended for adults acting for themselves or an organization. Do not submit patient information, health data, identity documents, credentials, sensitive financial details or confidential third-party information through this form. If required for a project, an appropriate channel and legal basis must first be agreed.
5. Intellectual property
Clave’s own content, design and brand elements are protected by applicable law. Browsing allows consultation to evaluate our services. Reproduction, commercial exploitation and modification require permission, except for legally permitted uses.
Third-party marks and works remain with their respective owners. Portfolio display transfers no rights and implies no general endorsement. Project deliverable rights are defined in the relevant agreement.
6. Third parties and availability
WhatsApp and project links open independent services with their own terms and privacy policies. You decide whether to open them. Third-party conditions are not automatically incorporated into a Clave service contract.
Maintenance, connectivity and external services can affect availability. We will take reasonable measures to address issues and inquiries. These terms do not exclude legally imposed liability or waive mandatory rights and guarantees.
7. Data and communications
Accepting these terms is separate from authorizing personal-data processing and from choosing analytics cookies. An inquiry does not subscribe you to advertising or authorize remarketing.
A confirmation reference identifies a saved inquiry. If no confirmation appears or an error occurs, you may verify receipt through our contact email.
8. Changes and evidence
Each version has an identifier and effective date. We retain electronic acceptance evidence linked to submitted inquiries, including the wording shown and document version. An old acceptance is not authorization for new processing purposes.
Material changes are communicated where required; new processing purposes require new authorization. The current version is published on the website. You can request the version associated with an inquiry.
9. Applicable law and support
Colombian law applies, subject to mandatory rules and applicable user rights. Contact juanstorres@clavemarketingdigital.com about a concern. We will seek a direct resolution without preventing recourse to the Colombian Superintendence of Industry and Commerce or competent courts and authorities. No mandatory arbitration or waiver of legal actions is imposed.
