LEGAL / CLAVE MARKETING SAS
Cookie Policy and Preferences
Version 2026-11-01.5 · Effective November 1, 2026
1. Operator
Clave Marketing SAS administers these preferences for Clave Marketing Digital. Contact juanstorres@clavemarketingdigital.com or +57 321 991 9254. Its physical address for notices and tax identification number remain pending. This policy complements the Privacy Policy.
2. Purpose
Cookies are small browser records that may be sent to a website. We also use local storage to remember your choice. Technologies are assessed by their data and purposes, not just their names.
The website separates limited operational storage from optional analytics. It does not load Google Tag Manager or analytics tags until you choose “Accept analytics”. Silence, dismissing a notice, scrolling and continuing to browse are not acceptance.
3. Limited operational storage
clave_cookie_preferences_v1: browser local-storage preference containing decision, date, policy version and an evidence reference when saved. Maximum duration: 180 days from the choice. It respects your decision and is not campaign tracking.
clave_consent_device: first-party HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax cookie created when a choice or authorized inquiry is recorded. Its random browser identifier links choices and, if you submit an inquiry, its consent context. Maximum duration: 180 days. It contains no name or email.
clave_form_authorization_v1: local memory of version, receipt, dates and a SHA-256 email digest, without storing the email in plain text. It avoids repeating authorizations for the same email and browser, requires server verification and expires no more than 180 days after the original authorization. A digest is not necessarily anonymous. You may remove it through your browser.
clave_contact_prompt_session_v1: session storage remembering visible elapsed time, whether the contact invitation appeared and whether an inquiry was submitted. It prevents another invitation on reload and is not campaign measurement. It lasts for the tab session, which a browser may restore.
Infrastructure may process technical data to deliver the website and prevent abuse. Necessary storage is limited to these functions and is not used to enable advertising or commercial measurement without authorization.
4. Optional analytics
Acceptance loads Google Tag Manager to manage authorized Google Analytics 4 and Amplitude tags. Google Analytics may measure automatic pageviews. Both services may receive defined events for form interactions, saved inquiries, Test Clave and contact-link clicks. Custom events exclude form names, emails, phone numbers, company names and messages.
Google Analytics may use _ga and _ga_<identifier> to distinguish browsers and maintain sessions. Depending on settings, these may persist for up to two years, or a shorter configured period. The website renews its choice after no more than 180 days and suspends analytics on expiry until fresh authorization.
Amplitude may use AMP_<identifier> cookies to recognize a browser with a random identifier and relate sessions, and AMP_unsent_* storage for pending events. Its cookies expire after 365 days by default and can be shortened in configuration; the planned setting for this website is 180 days. Website authorization is renewed after no more than 180 days. Interaction autocapture and Session Replay are not enabled. See https://amplitude.com/privacy.
Technical information can include device, browser, campaign source and technical processing of the IP address by the provider. This mechanism does not enable personalized advertising. Google details: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/technologies/cookies.
5. Accept, reject or change
“Accept analytics” permits optional measurement. “Accept necessary cookies only” keeps browsing and forms available without loading analytics. This option appears as a link below the “Accept analytics” button; both choices are directly available.
You can reopen “Cookie preferences” in the footer, withdraw or grant permission. Withdrawal blocks new events, removes accessible first-party analytics cookies and reloads the page to unload tags already in memory. Browser or provider actions may also be needed for information already stored or received.
You can also manage storage through your browser. Removing it prompts a fresh choice; a preference is not automatically shared between devices or different domains.
6. Evidence and forms
The choice is recorded with server receipt time, document version, language, selected button and choice context. The reference identifies that record without publishing browsing history or personal form information. Analytics stays blocked if authorization cannot be recorded.
Cookie acceptance does not accept website terms or authorize contact-detail submission. Terms and privacy decisions are separate; a verified current receipt may be reused for the same email, browser and purposes. Use the Privacy Policy procedure to exercise rights over information already processed.
7. Changes
Effective November 1, 2026. Preferences are renewed when this version changes or its memory period expires. Different tracking categories, providers or purposes require reviewing the information and appropriate authorization.
